Hello,
I wanted to generally inquire here whether it is possible to build a fully independent house on farmland.
I live in Lower Bavaria and would like to build my house away from the usual settlements.
Nowadays, it is no problem to build independently from electricity, water, and sewage, technically speaking.

Now I would like to know what requirements exist and what permits I need, etc. In short, what do I have to pay attention to before buying the property?

So technically it is already a problem to live without the points you pointed out. Where do you get your electricity from when the sun isn't shining or in winter doesn't provide enough power for a solar system? Where do you get drinking water from and above all where does your wastewater go?

Hello,
take a look at the Baugesetzbuch. §35 contains everything about the construction of buildings outside of towns. At least the regulations for the federal level. How it looks exactly in Bavaria you can find out in the Landesbauordnung.

Hello,

well, "almost" self-sufficient would then be an Earthship.

Best regards

I didn’t mean to live without these things, but to produce them myself.
There are more ways to generate electricity than just a photovoltaic system connected to batteries.
Water and wind also generate electricity, but in my case I’m thinking more of a combined heat and power plant which is more independent.
Groundwater can be extracted almost everywhere and I probably won’t get around a septic tank for the wastewater, but that was also the case in my parents’ house for 15 years.

Best regards

Well, you probably have the following alternatives.

A so-called "Sonnenhaus".
An energy carrier mix.
The Earthships or similar.
Or expensive storage technology, like hydrogen tanks in connection with photovoltaics.
Okay, with the latter you can possibly still operate your car independently.

Regards

P.S.:
always assuming you are allowed to build where you plan to.
