Selection of the heat pump

We are having an air-to-water heat pump installed as a split unit by the GÜ. The contract states that it will be a brand Viessmann, Junkers, or Wolff with a 300-liter hot water storage tank (without solar). If I don't bring up the topic again, presumably something will just be installed, although I will of course be informed in advance about which device it will be. However, I would be interested in what to look out for with the air-to-water heat pump and which of the three manufacturers has more of a good or rather a bad reputation. Depending on what you can advise me, I would communicate my preference to the GÜ so that something good gets installed.

Take a look at which air-water heat pumps are BAFA subsidized, I would choose the one with the higher annual performance factor.

No, probably not... a company that currently has time simply comes and installs the preferred device.

As tomtom already said, take a look yourself at which heat pump has the better annual performance factor... or you can also look at the functions of the individual heat pumps... then you just choose one...

Without an extra notification to the main contractor/GÜ, and in black and white, what is currently available will be installed... or whoever has time with their device will come...

For the annual performance factor, which is usually between 3.0 and 4.5, the rule is: the higher the better! Basically, the annual performance factor of the heat pump should not be below 4.0. This means that the heat pump delivers at least four times the energy used.

Then I’ll take a look at that from the different manufacturers.

We will do this depending on which paramedic gets the trade. This person has more experience with certain systems.

We will get a Buderus.

Bafa is not possible for us.
