Securing interest rate for KfW 124 financing

Hello everyone,
We have our financing with KFW 124 with a 10-year fixed interest rate. After that, we will need follow-up financing as there are still approximately €30,000 open with KFW. How can I secure the interest rate for the entire term? Are there any possibilities?

The interest rate from the KFW cannot be hedged, the loan can be repaid early, and the term is a maximum of 10 years.

ultimately there are different options, but only one real form of security.
You sign a building savings contract today, which redeems the KFW loan after 10 years.
However, consider the closing fees etc. here.

Alternatively, you could take out a so-called forward loan at the earliest 5 years after conclusion. But since no one knows the interest rate market in 5 years, that is rather a big crystal ball.

30k will be too low as a forward for a construction financing.
