Sealing the single-unit house entrance

Wow, €1500 for an element that is probably bought there for under €200. Installing a multi-utility connection takes at most 1 hour. We were forced by the electricity provider to install a multi-utility connection (cost €600 and we did it ourselves). At first, I was annoyed about it, but afterwards, I’m glad and it was definitely the safest and also a cheap and simple solution. So if the single entries are only slightly cheaper, I would choose the multi-utility option in your place.

Let's assume I take the multi-utility. What about wastewater then? Multi-utility would be for us electricity, drinking water, gas, telecom. Wastewater is discharged from the house at 2 points. What about the protective conduit here? The problem remains despite multi-utility...

I always thought it was the construction company's job to provide and install the MSH... but interesting. We are doing everything privately on our property because the endpoints are already all on the property.
