The projection is there because our city requires it when you build a dormer. But I will leave it out anyway, so the bottom will be straight ^^

Then just leave the house off it, that saves even more  If you want to build a house, it costs money. Either you are willing to give up certain things, or you have to spend the money.

You can save money if you stick to the standard during the selection process. Leave out the carport etc. for now. Find out early whether you can dispose of the excavated earth somewhere cheap.

If you save on quality everywhere, it doesn’t add up to much overall; instead, you end up with the simplest quality. You should think about that carefully.

PS: Our turnkey company always works with several local companies for the selection process, with whom you can negotiate additional services and surcharges yourself (e.g., 4 sanitation companies. Get offers and then play ping-pong). I think this also offers potential for saving. With providers with a "selection center," it usually means - take it or leave it!

what a stupid comment. the floor plan is already quite nice. some things, well, everyone has to decide for themselves. the dormer in the bedroom is probably great, but with your knee wall height you can probably forget about it (especially cost-wise). but you should first ask for the lower price. for 5000€ you have to know that. the house will look quite different then. as mentioned, you could save on the chimney, or at least on the fireplace first. you haven’t told us yet what exactly is included in the 280,000€. is the outdoor shed and carport already included in the price?! additional costs? land?

Have you already read/seen these threads?

And in the forum " " Bauexperte and other users repeatedly make cost estimates for houses, so you can also browse around there. Just keep in mind that unfortunately we build almost the most expensive in Bavaria compared to the rest of Germany...
