We have the Concept 300 here in both showers. It was the "house brand" at the plumbing wholesaler of the main contractor plumbers. That's actually the only thing we took from the brand, but they are great. It wasn't (and still isn't) entirely clear to me what others could do better. You get a lot of water from above on a 30x30cm area. Our additional handheld showerhead is hardly ever used by my wife, if that's a quality feature at all.
