In the delusion that the value of a room is measured by the floor area with full standing height, it is often overlooked that the knee wall, in the form of the height position of the foot purlin, also represents a window divider. I find the room program a bit too much for the square meters. You can see from the proposal by YPG that the rooms are partly small chambers. The living space would gain a lot if the office moves downstairs into the guest room. Both are rarely used at the same time.

Now I have learned that I will (as expected) not get the plot and it will go to another interested party. I’m curious to see what will be built there in a few years.
