Sometimes even then only 80-100 cm knee wall would make more sense and then relatively many dormers with normal windows. But it also depends on the possibilities to adjust the roof pitch.

Quintessence overall ... whether a concrete floor plan or exploring possible perhaps even sample floor plans, the questionnaire with all answers is the basis.

In the delusion that the value of a room is measured by the floor area with full standing height, it is often overlooked that the knee wall, in the form of the height position of the foot purlin, also represents a window divider. Therefore, I usually recommend knee wall heights in the range of 100 to 140, so that roof windows do not become more like skylights at least when sitting. A knee wall of 160 is already a candidate for light strips on the eaves sides.

Sometimes desired depending on the floor plan and looking outside is not necessary.

I find the room program a bit too much for the square meters. You can see from the proposal by YPG that the rooms are partly small chambers. The living space would gain a lot if the office moves downstairs into the guest room. Both are rarely used at the same time.

I would probably arrange two home offices mostly on top of each other. Alternately, one leaves the door open and supervises the dear kids during breaks.

Feedback: Resulting from the discussion here and my realization that this plot is difficult to develop (with our ideas), I only offered a very low price.

I did not reject immediately because after viewing this post I hoped that it was not completely impossible to make something out of it:

Now I have learned that I will (as expected) not get the plot and it will go to another interested party. I’m curious to see what will be built there in a few years.
So, thank you all very much for your contributions here!
