Hello,
this is indeed a house-building forum, but maybe you can still help.
We currently want to purchase a condominium, which is still to be built by the developer. For this, we received the floor plan as an attachment. However, the dimensions (length times width) do not match the square meters.

Example:
Bedroom: 2.95 x 4.76 = 14.042
But the plan states 14.36 or 14.61.
Children's room: 3.39 x 3.42 = 11.59
But the plan states 11.48 or 11.71.
This actually runs through the entire plan.
Is that normal? How do the measurements come about then? And above all, which measurements can I actually expect for the apartment? If all rooms are smaller than the square meters stated, it adds up a bit...
Best regards
