Our children sleep under roof windows that are only double-glazed. In hindsight, clearly the wrong place to save money. It’s similar with the toilet under the roof window.
There are simply different kinds of double-glazed windows. Maybe the seal is just not properly tight; or the window is not correctly adjusted?
That is, if you actually have drafts.
If it is just the "cold" air that "forms" at the window, "honeycomb blinds (DuoLine pleated blinds)" can help; for example at Velux.
