what I said in a know-it-all way: Silvi never spoke of an attic

Attached is a snapshot from my residential area, where only bungalows are allowed, and... the houses were built when everything was still viewed very restrictively

On the left should be the Maxime 500 from Viebrockhaus (advertised as a bungalow with expansion reserve by Viebrockhaus), the one with the asymmetrical roof is a bungalow of the third kind... uh, I mean an architect-designed bungalow I can imagine that not everything was completely above board... he has already sold it again...

Just asking stupidly... does the angle even apply to a crippled hip roof???

Yes, of course; why wouldn't it?

Ultimately, the roof pitch in your building project results from the interplay between the house size (area) and the maximum permitted eave height. That is why your development plan also contains "from-to specifications" and not a fixed assignment to a specific pitch angle.

Because it is so strangely detached from the preceding clause. Either a gable roof with a pitch from to OR a half-hipped roof. Well, we will not aim for the maximum eaves height. Then more than a meter of masonry would be added on top, and then I would really be dealing with a one-story building. We are currently at just under 3 meters. DN will be set to the minimum slope of 35°. Now it's just a question of which roof form.
