So if I use the big search engine for it, the result looks like textured wallpaper. I'm not impressed

I can now report from practical experience :-) We finished the stairwell as well as the hallway on the ground floor and upper floor over the weekend. Contrary to the initial assumption, we managed to get behind the stair steps on the right and left with a small roller. We went from top to bottom and did not work floor by floor but side by side. I hope you understand what I mean, so we started on the left side of the stairwell and worked through that entire side from upper floor to basement. For the two sides where we could get behind the steps with the roller, we removed every second step before starting. Unfortunately, the small roller really didn’t work for me in the middle. Here we worked as a team of three. Two painted and the third removed one step after the other from below. Overall, it went surprisingly well and fast, and we were done after 3 hours. Once the last craftsmen are finished, we will paint again and then it’s done :-) And we are very satisfied with the result and it looks very good to us visually. Nevertheless, one should have already worked a bit with roller plaster before the stairwell, as it is then easier to estimate how much plaster is needed on the wall and how to proceed fastest/most skillfully.

And here our tomcat is raging :D
can be easily repaired. Spray completely with water, remove and apply newly mixed...

Yes, you can see it very well.
Can you also paint or color it before applying it?
I would like to recognize the scale of the texture. Is there a photo with a chair, picture, flower or something like that?
