That's absolutely right. :) Behind us there are only 7 houses on each side, about 150m dead end. :)

That means, possibly, you still need an override permit? :-(
I feel so incredibly sorry that now, even before we live there, we are disturbing the neighbors in such a way. We had wished it differently. Maybe the semi-trailer you mentioned will also block a neighbor’s driveway. :-( A new development area is really an advantage when everyone builds more or less at the same time and no "disturber" comes afterwards.

A pity, but I thought so. The semi-trailer should not be a problem, since the curve into the dead end is a T-junction.
The problem is actually more the support of the crane, or the space required for it. Unfortunately, the street below the house cannot be used, as it is far too steep.

Alright, but every semi-normal person knows that it’s only for a short time and can’t be solved otherwise. Annoying, but it is what it is. You bring around a round of chocolates and hope that people are happy about new nice neighbors. Besides, it’s also better for the street if there are attractive buildings there :) Especially when placing the house, it’s usually short, so no crane standing for weeks, right? In our case, fortunately, we have the advantage that it was my mother’s parents’ house. Left and right relatives, on the street partly people whom my mother supported a lot during serious illness. So I hope for no problems.

Yes, of course. (Who else?) 1x30€ for 10 m closure. (House connections into the street), 1x50€ for 30 m (house installation). November/December 2008.
