We have the Architectura, which we liked very much and it hangs in the small bathroom. Therefore, the price/performance aspect was also a factor. However, we are very satisfied, also because we really like the matching washbasin. Installation was very easy, it was done by ourselves in the bathroom (like everything else).

We have also had a thread about this where exactly that was found: wrong cistern. should look into it.

There used to be a series where it splashed. Our toilet is also from this series. I then read that they revised it. I would ask why they are not satisfied And about the splashing: it initially annoyed us, yes. But I quickly stopped caring whether 2/3 drops splash onto the tiles due to the water pressure. It dries again. More important to us is that the pipe is flushed clear - something keeps coming back after all.

Our sprays sometimes go out as well. But not always - for whatever reason that is. The plumbing company said that a throttle could be installed in the cistern, but they would not recommend it because of cleaning the toilet.

So far, I have been trying to mentally ignore the drops on the floor, but since there are probably residues from the previous session as well, I do find it quite disgusting. :-(

However, I once had a very old toilet in an apartment that also occasionally sprayed onto the floor.

Leftovers? Oops...

With us, it’s probably just the water bouncing off the flush on the bowl, so it’s clean...
And since we have tiles on which you can't see or notice any dirt or dust, it doesn't matter.

But it’s not always like that, it's the same with us.

At least about the yellowish discoloration on the underside of the toilet seat, my boyfriend recently complained quite a bit. I assume that nothing from the usual porcelain spray-up during toilet use caused it, but rather it is due to the "spitting" of the bowl - which consequently would also mean (albeit minimal) urine residue on the floor.

(Before anyone asks: everything comes from a plumbing company and we are still observing how it develops)
