Retrofitting outdoor blinds offer too expensive?

since no one pointed out raffstores for the living dining area in our new building, we are now very annoyed. Our window manufacturer has now offered us exterior raffstores. Pretty, well. But I don’t find the box that bad. My question now is, the price for the raffstore for the 2m wide sliding door is 1425 euros including tax. It is a Roma raffstore DBL 70. A simple electric motor is included. Installation costs are extra. I find the price too expensive, at least compared to online providers. What do you say?

What advantage do wider slats have compared to narrower ones? I would probably switch from the Z slat to the normal hemmed one but then the question is 60 or 80mm wide?

The wider slats result in fewer slats overall on the blind. Can save height in the box and darkens better. The appearance is different when the blind is down and the slats are open. I would also skip the Z slat in the living room.

And Warema has nothing to do with Roma, installation was included, we laid the power ourselves including installation of the STAK3 plugs. So he only had to screw on the guide rails and then fiddle them into the finished venetian blind box.

Your price is therefore unfortunately way too high :oops:

Installation later with power is of course a different matter than prepared like with us, but that would be on top.
