Looks really good already! Regarding your question: Will there be a top coat applied or what is the final layer? We also had small cracks in the new plaster, mostly where there was wood behind it, but for us, a top coat was applied.

So the painter comes afterwards, who then brings everything to Q4 with white cement screed on the lime cement plaster. Is the former then to be understood as "Oberputz" and the latter as "Unterputz"?

The base coat is towards the wall, the finish coat towards the interior.
