Yes, that’s what I thought too. I wonder how many older people have such little mistakes happen to them, who never notice and just continue paying diligently. Of course, it could have been an unfortunate isolated case. But it does leave a bad taste.

In the end, it’s a method. With 1,000,000 customers, just do it and if 10% simply accept it (I believe that is already set low), then it’s worth it.

Do you know that it is cheaper? Because of 10 euros I won't switch, especially since a claims settlement went relatively well.

No idea.. it was just thrown out there. Otherwise, one could also have mentioned that after a comparison there is nothing that is (significantly) cheaper. You always read that people "complain" about this or that, but are then too lazy to deal with it and don't change anything about the situation. I experience that daily in my job. I also think there's no need to haggle over 10€.
