We were only switched after moving in. Despite underfloor heating. 2014 155€. Every year adjustment with a factor of u20. From 2022 to 2023 the A.-factor increased to 24. We are now at about 575€… Check the factor, quite a lot has happened last year.

Just received the information that for residential buildings, 50€ more per year will be charged at the next main due date. This means an adjustment factor of 14.73% and an increase of 8.9%.

Unless it is a construction price index adjustment, that was the case with us a few years ago. But when I see what you pay, it scares me. 250m2 started in 2015 with 350 euros now 520. Sparkassenversicherung.

then I don't understand why there is no change. At least that's how it sounded. There must be others without worse performance (in the end even better) but cheaper.

Small update - it got clarified ... somehow 10% was added (or a 10% discount was forgotten or something). No one could explain to me how something like that happens, but we are asked to excuse the error. This is now the second "small mistake" they have made within half a year. Always to our disadvantage, of course.

If you look at it positively, they didn't make a big fuss when fixing it... but just "simply" adding 10% on without any notice in the letter and if you're not paying attention, that's how it is, that's definitely something...
