Hello everyone.
I am reaching out with a rather frustrating problem. In mid-December 2021, we applied for the grant 461 for an Efficiency House 55EE. The application was approved at the beginning of January 2022. Due to various delays with our builder, decisions by the city, etc., the start of construction was significantly delayed, so we applied for an extension of another 2 years. This now expires at the beginning of January 2026. The builder has finally started building our house, but the problem is that this only happened recently. We expect the completion to be in the summer of 2026.
Since the grant application was submitted before January 2022 (2 weeks earlier), the maximum extension allowed is 48 months instead of 60 months.
That means:
As it stands now, we will not receive our grant of approx. 28,000 euros.
I wanted to ask if anyone has experience or tips on how we might still receive the grant or how to approach solving this problem, or if it is rather hopeless?
Many thanks and best regards
