Residential basement approx. 80 sqm, how expensive?

What is a realistic price for a basement (white tank) of around 80 sqm with normal soil conditions? Are there good sources of information for this on the internet?

Approximately 60,000 euros for shell construction costs. Fully fitted out definitely 120,000.
