Hello everyone,

can someone recommend a repayment calculator where you can include both Kfw loans and special repayments?

I am planning the following:
280,000 Eur loan at 1.11% or 1.13% effective (fixed interest for 25 years)
120,000 Eur KFW 153 at 0.65% or 0.68% effective (fixed interest for 10 years)

The monthly expense should be 1,300 Eur. I would like to run the large loan with 2% repayment (minimum repayment) in order to pay off the difference from the Kfw loan. After 10 years, the remaining KfW loan should be paid off in a lump sum and the large component fully serviced.

Does that make sense or will I then pay more in interest because I am repaying the large loan more slowly?

I thought so already, but if I could do that, I wouldn't have asked.

Respect! But in Excel, I can just draw such a border now
Since there is a second loan with a different term + different interest rate... I don’t dare to do that. At least not to an extent where I would trust that it is correct.

Otherwise, I always use the website www . Zinsen-berechnen . de as an annuity calculator. In Excel, however, you can "play" more nicely.
