Hello everyone,
can someone recommend a repayment calculator that allows you to include both KfW loans and special repayments?
I am planning the following:
280,000 EUR loan at 1.11% or 1.13% effective (fixed interest period 25 years)
120,000 EUR KfW 153 at 0.65% or 0.68% effective (fixed interest period 10 years)
The monthly expense should be around 1,300 EUR. I would like to run the large loan at 2% repayment (minimum repayment) to pay off the difference from the KfW loan. After 10 years, the remainder of the KfW loan should be paid off in a lump sum and the large component fully serviced.
Does that make sense or will I end up paying more interest because I repay the larger loan less?
Even though this subsidy exists, I think there is a minimum repayment of 3% with the KfW.
A rate of 1,300€ with 3% KfW and 2% remaining loan should fit...
If you want/can save more than 500€ monthly, you could also repay more directly, right?!
More freedom is of course given to you when saving instead of repaying immediately...
