You are of course right, whether the insulation panels protrude or the plaster has a height difference I cannot determine afterwards. There is definitely a clear difference visible between the insulation and the exterior wall. Therefore, it is likely that the insulation panels were not cut properly. The underside was not insulated before, at least not the "ceiling." Attached is another picture so it might become a bit clearer. From the pictures, it is not clear to me that the insulation panels protrude or do not form a flat surface. I see a joint line or height difference in the plaster.
I wouldn’t find it nice like this either. Making it 100% invisible by plastering afterwards is actually not so easy. But it should certainly be better. Was the underside of the loggia not insulated before at all?
A side note: In reveals, reinforcing mesh is usually provided under the plaster in an ETICS facade to reduce cracking (keyword "ETICS processing guideline reveals"). If this was installed during the subsequent insulation, then the plaster joint shouldn’t run as it is currently visible.
