Hello,
we are currently planning the renovation/refurbishment of a semi-detached house into a KFW100 house of the EE level. For this, we want to renew the roof, windows, and heating system. The energy consultant plans to install a geothermal heat pump.
Regarding the funding, I assumed that we can combine KFW programs 124 and 261 or 461, possibly later 270 for the photovoltaic system.
In a conversation with the energy consultant yesterday, he explained to me that the costs of the geothermal heat pump can also be subsidized by Bafa. After that, many numbers followed, and I was no wiser. An internet search did not help me either.
The question is, when is this Bafa subsidy possible? Or is it generally possible?
I understood the consultant to say that the subsidy through Bafa is only possible if the costs of the energy renovation plus surrounding measures exceed the cost estimates for the roof, windows, and heating.
I hope this was reasonably understandable and thank you in advance...
