If you send the building inspector during the acceptance, he can inspect what he sees. Everything interesting is then already plastered.
Excuse my ignorance, but in the points given here as examples, the main criterion is the inspection of things before they are covered with drywall or plaster.
So it might be sufficient to check everything at once before plastering and screeding (shell construction including roof, window installation, insulation/sealing, and the complete rough-in of the building services).
Then, of course, comes the inspection of the other individual trades (plaster and screed, flooring and tiling work, painting work...etc).
