No, we didn't want that. But there is/was one with it as well.
The person who has long-term experience with a device can recommend it to you, but it probably won't be available on the market anymore. And if it is, then probably numerous others are now better or more technically advanced. Or they have one more super frosty drawer that you need.

Under €2000, I wouldn’t fuss about it too much now. The one from and mine was about €1000. Samsung makes good ones, they all make good ones… and ultimately it has to match your capacity needs. Dimensions/height, for example for the smaller person, are also important for most.
In the end, it also has to be available for delivery. My husband’s boss needed a new one spontaneously for Easter – but spontaneous was not possible, she had to take the one available at Metro. We also had to wait three months for ours during Corona.

I have not found a French door with ice cubes from Bosch or Siemens, only SBS.

We still have 3-4 months until moving in.

What do you think of Hanseatic? They are probably not on the same level as the others, right? You can probably tell that they are cheap.

Hisense should also be okay, right?

You can't really answer that in general... It depends on the wavelength and energy that reach the water tank. It works if done correctly, we disinfect our labs with UV light (also against viruses).

I would choose a fixed water connection if I already had the choice. I find it very convenient, you don't have to worry about anything. Ice cubes are always sufficiently available and are automatically replenished.
