I was actually only concerned about the space requirements of a bathtub 75cm wide? Or more?

Well, 75 cm width is probably calculated rather tightly. And, as already mentioned in your planning thread, first consider your sloping roof, which probably has a fairly high knee wall, but in my opinion is unsuitable for the shower.

We have planned 15 cm at the bathtub/shower and 20 cm at the washbasin/toilet.
