Hello,
as can be read in my thread in floor plan planning, we see problems with the current construction-accompanying expert. Who has built in the greater Cologne area and has had really good experiences with their construction supervisor and would like to give a recommendation? We are building slightly west of Cologne and could therefore also work with a suitable provider from the Aachen area to some extent.
Does it actually make sense to commission a publicly appointed and sworn expert for damages to buildings from the IHK, or do you just end up paying more than you already do and initially have no added value from it?
What we need is not only a recognized expert in their field but also someone who understands how to act as a mediator to find suitable solutions with the builder in case of deviations. I don’t want someone who acts like a know-it-all on the construction site, then just sends me a report and leaves me alone with it, while the builder says to me "we see it differently."
I am curious to see if anyone can contribute here.
