But that's your own fault. Reasonably, the topic of "ownership" shouldn't even be an issue right now... without equity (not even the incidental building costs) it's simply a bad idea. Save save save... then think about ownership. Renting is nothing bad... on the contrary... I already miss our "tenanthood." You'll never live that comfortably again...
