The scaffolding was dismantled at my place after the roof covering and will come back sometime in spring for the exterior plastering. And luckily you can also move into unplastered houses.The cold winter + spring cost us easily 3 months because plastering could not be done (therefore the scaffolding could not be removed, so no development possible because the scaffolding was in the way, etc.) Mainly annoying because the scaffolding was quite expensive.

Was that thread 33918 with the shared technical extension?The thread was about the house. It was completely deleted (not by me! :-( ) [...] The result was a duplex as a passive house / KfW40+ (total approx. 300m² living space in 4 residential units) built together with my brother.
Modern massive timber has nothing to do with log construction, decades of innovation lie in between. Log beams are NOT sustainable.Unfortunately, there really isn’t much information online about massive log construction...

Today's solid wood has nothing to do with log planks, there are several decades of innovation in between. Log plank is NOT sustainable.
