Has the professional association blocked the scaffold during self-performance?

Hi, are you 100% sure that no one else (private or commercial) is working on the construction site. But what if, for example, the screed layer goes up on the scaffolding in the basement during his break to enjoy the view? Regards Olli

Once again crappy.... that you are not allowed to post links. There is an information sheet from the Bau BG. Point 2 is quite clear.

Hi,
I did some googling, it's quite interesting.
You always learn something new here.

just strange that as a client I am not insured through the professional association. Something doesn't add up at all if they tell me how I am supposed to work as an uninsured person under point 5

Without internal ladders, no one can get onto the scaffold ;) So far, I have done everything alone and I inform the heating engineer and the electrician when they can start. So I am 100% sure that only I am present on the construction site.

And, will you also tell me what the information sheet is called?
