we're getting 6x9 - meaning 6m at the front and 7.6m at the back because of a sloping plot. So concrete is out, and timber framing was significantly more expensive than masonry. That's why masonry. Price-wise, phew, I haven't added it up yet, but the masonry with foundation is already a bit over 20k. (directly at the house and clad)
