Rational drawer dampers in Ikea Faktum kitchen

Hello everyone,

I have a Faktum kitchen that was already installed in my new apartment. I wanted to fully soften the doors, which has now completely worked (with some detours).

For the drawers, Ikea ordered the correct ones for me, and after major problems with the delivery, they have finally arrived. They are Rationell H.
But unfortunately, they are not right, but totally wrong. As shown in the instructions, I cannot install them because the rail where they are supposed to go does not exist.







Apparently, it doesn’t work. But which dampers do I need then? Ikea also has Rationell B and Rationell I, but since I can’t find any installation instructions (only for my Rationell H), I don’t know which they could be.
At Ikea themselves, they willingly sold me these things directly without asking, so I am admittedly a bit annoyed about it (how should I know there are dampers from A to Z?).

Well, I’ll have to sort out the exchange with Ikea, but maybe you know which system I need?

For the shown rails, you need Rationell B drawer dampers.

Check if all other rails look exactly the same at the back.
