Hello everyone,
our house (timber frame construction) was finished inside with Fermacell boards, which were attached to the installation level using staples. After taping and filling (Q3), these staples can still clearly be felt as indentations when running a hand over them and, of course, can also be seen as small slits. There is now uncertainty as to whether this corresponds to the definition of a Q3 filling or if we fear that it will still be visible afterwards. The company that applies the wallpaper has therefore left again and says that everything - including the staples - must be completely smooth at Q3. The filler is of a different opinion. We would be pleased to receive some clear statements or further links here. Thank you very much in advance!
