Property and additional costs - is the construction sum realistic?

We pay roughly about 275,000 euros for 158 m² on two full floors ready to move in (including painting and flooring) in KfW70, air-to-water heat pump + controlled residential ventilation + heat recovery. In addition, 30,000 incidental costs, 25,000 for a double garage + workshop, 10,000 for exterior facilities + land. Everyone also tells us this is very/too expensive. But it doesn’t help if no comparable property can be found at a lower price.
