To be honest, I feel a bit offended by "meaningless answers": it is simply a fact that a forum for home builders is frequented by private individuals who each build or buy single-family houses or individual condominiums; accordingly, there are few specialists here for the construction of nine- to twelve-family houses.

The specific example I mentioned cannot be generalized for very trivial reasons: many factors come into play that have nothing to do with the individual construction. For example, how many other construction sites does the investor have; how many workers must be withdrawn to those; what is the sales or rental speed compared to his other projects. All this means that from "windows are in" it can take ten weeks or ten months until the readiness for occupancy is given. In principle, this applies similarly "from the interior plaster."
