Problems with Suevia Astro Log. What exactly are C1 and C2?

I am slowly becoming desperate. We bought a house where the roller shutters on the ground floor are controlled electrically. The control runs via a Suevia Astro Log. Unfortunately, I really cannot make sense of the user manual.

Does anyone know this clock? What exactly are C1 and C2?

I just want to set the roller shutters to go up at sunrise and go down at sunset, but still remain manually operable at any time.

Unfortunately, it seems to always fail at the C1/C2 setting. So far, I haven't found any logic in the tests.

Can someone help me/us? I actually don’t want to buy a new timer due to my own incompetence.

C1 and C2 are the relay outputs...one normally closed and one normally open.

However, as I see it...each time to be able to operate the shutters manually, the clock must be switched to manual mode.

Otherwise, they probably only run in automatic mode and cannot be operated manually.
