Problems with garage in the house - experiences?

Hello, I would like to have a few positive and negative aspects of the garage in the house described.

Positive: Level
Negative: possibly dampness and coolness in the rooms above???

So the garage in the house has the advantage for me that even in bad weather (rain, snow, etc.) you do not have to go outside, but can comfortably get into the car dry or unload the shopping. Disadvantage: larger floor space required for the house
