Price for extension 12x5m - Energy Saving Ordinance, no special KFW standard

I am wondering how much it would cost to build a simple rectangular extension to a house?

So, I am not talking about the "adaptation costs" to the existing house or anything else. I am actually referring first of all to a simple construction with the dimensions 12x5 or even 12x6 meters.
It should be a large living room without interior walls.

I will soon start contacting companies so that I can get a meaningful offer.
But primarily I am interested in a rough estimate so that I can better calculate...
Do you have any idea how much something like this could roughly cost?

First, find one! Could be completely uninteresting for many companies, as there is too much to do!

Finding someone to carry it out should not be a problem, especially since I am not in a hurry.

The plot of land I bought has an existing building, and I can live in it for some time without the extension being there.

But I find 80k to 100k for four walls and a roof starting from the foundation slab quite something.
I have three appointments next week with local construction companies, each of which wanted to give me cost estimates. Let's see how it goes. I will report.
