Price for extension 12x5m - Energy Saving Ordinance, no special KFW standard

I have actually received 3 initial offers. All three are between 75k and 120k. Now I am in closer negotiations with two of them. (One actually could only start in mid-2018.) The other two could still carry out the order this year. Let's see what happens. The good thing is that I have no time pressure and can therefore quite enjoy the entire process. One provider was on site and gave me some more ideas, which don't sound too bad. (Main house still change a bit). Let's see what comes of it. I also went with the gentleman to 3 properties that were built by his company. Everything looked decent to me. But I have no idea. The residents were very happy to see the gentleman and said they are very satisfied with his work. What that is worth will perhaps be seen.
