We are planning approximately €2,200 per m² for our construction with high-quality "Bau- und Ausbauweise" and similar configuration. I think the suggested €2,000 is very realistic. Consider 4 bathrooms (I just count the guest WC with shower), 2 kitchens... Below that, I think it will be tight, above is always possible.

We signed our contract in January and the pure house price per sqm including the basement, painting work, floor coverings and a few other small extras is 2038€. Also building in southern Germany. I would classify the equipment as mid-range.

Well, how do you calculate...1509,- for the SF house. But with all additional and extra costs, painter, floor coverings, driveway, terrace, garage without land, it will then be 1900,- to 2000,-
