Under the circumstances, I would wish the provider a good life and really look elsewhere. On what basis is the money supposed to be transferred? There must be an agreement for that as well.

Basically, most providers have a standardized contract anyway. I don't understand why this is not disclosed in advance if you have nothing to hide. The purchase contract for the property is a different matter.

Yes, for the planning of the house and the division of the property. That is basically the first installment for the planning office.

Okay, so a specific house is to be planned for the plot with it. Does this planning not exist yet? Something must be the basis of the original offer. Otherwise: The construction contract is probably largely independent of a specific offer, so just have it shown to you - including the construction and service description.

Yes, it is. We have already received a floor plan, they have probably already done all that. Of course, it can still be changed. But they said that some things can probably be changed without extra costs, but of course, if you want something special, it will cost extra. As I said, due to the orientation of the plot, it is no longer so interesting to me anyway, I was only interested in how the whole thing works and whether you have to assume that in the end it could cost more than the fixed price. Provided you don't want any extra additions.

Very strange behavior ... but yes, it can - and regularly does, even if no extras are ordered.
