No volume discount!

But some things cost the same regardless of size, e.g. a staircase. If you spread these "independent" costs over 100 sqm, the cost per sqm is higher than if you allocate them over 200 sqm...

Next to us, a 130 from contract vario is currently being built. It doesn't make a bad impression. Runs smoothly. At the moment, they are selling the model for 140 thousand in Standard including [Bodenplatte], but with a gas boiler. Karsten

Yes.. gas heating is out of the question and heat pumps are somewhat more expensive to purchase, so you could add at least 5 thousand more for your house. Do you know the company the gas heating comes from? There are a few well-known ones.. or do they install no-name brands?

As you describe the access and separation to the neighbor, I see no possibility for placing a prefab house. Several trucks bring the prefabricated exterior and interior walls as well as roof walls and gables - the crane needs space, and access to the foundation slab is probably necessary?!

I would clarify that first before you give it more thought.
You are also not allowed to simply park heavy vehicles anywhere near neighbors.

You can also build cozily in solid construction, but access must also be ensured there.

Ypg there are certain laws that oblige the neighbor to place construction equipment etc. on his property.. but in Rhineland-Palatinate this is restricted so far that you are only allowed to drive on the property and I believe you can store building materials etc. there.. I already have the signature from Mr. Neighbor for my project, since it is an unused site I also see no reason for failure. So to pour a foundation slab, the truck definitely does not have to stand directly in front, I have seen that done differently.. I just thought that the walls would then be lifted over the wall by a large crane from the (very large) neighboring property with a man sitting at the top who sees everything.. and down at my construction site there would be a few guys who mediate the whole thing. And in the first meetings during the preliminary building request, no one said anything about it except that I am not allowed to place my house too far away, maximum 35 meters from the street.
