Normally, prefabricated house manufacturers come with a mobile crane. They only need the thing for 4 days, then it drives away again. For that, you can save yourself the crane connection on the construction site electricity.

I assumed that it would be common to use a regular crane.. I guess that has to be clarified with the company

A huge crane was rented by the construction company here, and they only needed it for one day. It was huge and could have handled quite a few meters of height, but that wasn’t necessary since we were the first in our settlement.

And how has the giant crane made itself noticed in terms of money? What is the difference between a [Auto] and a [Standkran]?

No idea, it was not listed separately in the costs. It would have only caused additional costs if the ground had not been stable. Unfortunately, I do not know what the difference is.
