Prefabricated garages - Experiences / Opinions

Since the garage is also to be included in the building application for the house, I have been dealing with the topic for a few weeks now. I need space for 2 cars + workshop/tool shed.

I have ruled out steel garages... somehow I have read too many negative things and have no confidence in their durability. I find the wooden garage Multibox an interesting solution, but there are also some things that bother me about it. That’s why I have actually already settled about 90% on a precast concrete garage. Twice 3mx6m + extension 3mx3m.

I want to use the thread for experiences, alternatives, company recommendations. What have you built, how satisfied are you?

we also ordered two concrete prefabricated garages because the steel option didn’t really convince us.

My brother has had his concrete prefabricated garage in use for 3 years and is very satisfied with it.

You just have to be careful with the provider, because not every provider offers all sizes, but 3m x 6m should not be a problem.

Our provider is located in BW, which probably isn’t really interesting for you...
