Regarding the variant in aerated concrete, it should be said that our garage (~60m2) in its special form was offered at almost the same price as the brick-built one. Including the floor slab, delivery, and installation.

Prefabricated (concrete) garages were about one-third cheaper in comparison, but without the above-mentioned additional items.

I don't know what stories people hear, but in 15 years we had it exactly once. That was in winter, when both cars were driven into the garage full of snow.

They sweat, like forehead sweat naturally more in summer, there are no icicles. And you can also put a fleece on. I also had a Ferrari Spider in a steel garage without concerns about the car’s value retention. So for cars, sufficiently without compromises. But climatically a steel garage is more of a "privacy screen," the heat transfer would probably barely be measurable in Kelvin per minute ;-)

 Either I repressed that back then or didn’t read anything about it. But as I said, we only had it once, despite being in Upper Bavaria and having snow often and a lot. The thing was ventilated due to its construction, which possibly was enough; we didn’t insulate it.

In summer we had nothing, for us it was in winter, cars with warm engines inside, puddles of melted snow eventually on the floor. Same problem as condensation on windows in winter.

Yes, only also and more in summer, i.e. when the daily temperature tidal range is extreme. And as said, also no worries for the fabric roof of an expensive "convertible" - however, I would not have parked the car with full leather interior in the steel garage with the roof open. The fabric roof car copes with the climate, but other stored goods are sometimes more demanding. Hoffmann advertises that their system also enables garages on property boundaries. The OP has an approximately 92° property corner. And there are garages from a single source, "turnkey," so nothing with foundation "to be commissioned by the builder."
