We built in 2003 – 20 meters next to the parents' house. We were the first to get underground cables here at that time; a power cable goes directly from the roof of the parents' house straight down into the ground through a cable duct. Now we sold the house in 2016! The new owners knew that and also knew that they had to redo the roof. The house was from the 1960s. Now they have sent ENBW in advance to ask where the "great, discreet" wooden pole can be placed on our property. We refused; we don’t want it on the property! Now it is supposed to be placed near the property boundary. The new owners have submitted the application. The neighbors behind us, the property extends over both our properties, are building a conservatory and also do not want this clothesline and pole right in front of their noses. What can we do? The ENBW site manager says he can put the pole wherever he wants... from a landscape point of view, that would be impossible here. We live in a small hamlet with a farmhouse opposite. The new owners are a bit strange; instead of approaching us themselves, the site manager has to call here... they also put up an "ugly fence" 180 meters long, 30 cm away from the boundary without asking – if they had asked, we could have done something nice on the boundary together. And they also did not stick to the agreements made at the notary that payment would come when the house was empty. Although they moved in 2 months earlier, they did not pay as agreed. We have accommodated them in everything, even fueled oil according to the handover contract, and had the electricity and water read later, while they had already worked in the house for over a month. Now I don’t want to have another pole installed here... what options do I have? Can someone give me advice?
Thank you in advance
