Here is an update.
We have temporarily plastered the corner on the outside. In addition, the concrete wall inside the garage was also insulated.
Sure, we didn’t have any real subzero temperatures, but since then the corner has been drying well.
However, we now have the feeling that the garage roof is not completely sealed. For this purpose, we opened a piece of the upper insulation. It was damp underneath.
Now we are puzzled... It can’t actually be condensation, since as mentioned the outside temperature is not really cold.
What do you think, is the roof not properly sealed?
