That the corners are the coldest is normal. On the outside, you lack the plaster as a windproof layer. That could distort your result.

Or are the house corners made of reinforced concrete?

The front is made of brick, the left and right walls, when standing in front of the house, are made of reinforced concrete.

The exterior plaster will only be applied next year, is that a problem from your point of view?

Our architect says it's fine, but he always says that... I'm a bit unsure.

Reinforced concrete as an exterior wall must, of course, be insulated.

Here is an update.

We have temporarily plastered the corner on the outside. In addition, the concrete wall inside the garage was also insulated.

Sure, we didn’t have any real subzero temperatures, but since then the corner has been drying well.

However, we now have the feeling that the garage roof is not completely sealed. For this purpose, we opened a piece of the upper insulation. It was damp underneath.

Now we are puzzled... It can’t actually be condensation, since as mentioned the outside temperature is not really cold.

What do you think, is the roof not properly sealed?
