Hm.....or you make the long shower on this picture exclusively on the right side with access at the back by the window and towel radiator as drawn, then you can also install a parade shower like has (180cm plus almost 100cm entrance, that’s a paradise of space) but then almost the entire wall would be shower. Maybe, due to space reasons, it’s more appropriate to install a glass door because then 90x90 is already generous and also leaves room for the tub. Then I would definitely enter from the washbasin side as suggests. A folding door would be practical, I’m not a big fan myself but that way you could of course prevent dripping on the floor or take a sliding door but that’s not really my thing with all the gaps where moisture/dirt can collect. Last but not least, of course, that tedious topic money, which usually has to be considered and can also be the deciding factor for one thing or another. We are also currently working on our new plan, which is different, but that’s why I’m aware of the effort for such a clumsy shower- .- What a relaxed life it was back then with the wood stove boiler and family bathing once a week!

The design from post #33 is successful. I would invest some "brains" in the hinges and door and not only look in the bathroom area, but also ask a glazier. He had a great and very affordable solution for our bathroom in the townhouse in 2001.

I would choose a smaller washbasin. Actually, no one needs more than 80cm to wash themselves comfortably. The rest is luxury. You can still mount storage and shelves around the walls if that is the reason for the large washbasin. Ventilation should definitely be installed above the shower, otherwise the shower will develop mold spots.

Alternatively to the ventilation, do not plan it up to the ceiling, but with 2.20 m height and leave a gap at the top.

That will not be enough. The air barely ventilates down to the floor and into the corner. Inside the shower there is not much air circulation. The corners then still get moldy, even with regular cleaning.
