Suggestion for an amicable solution: the toilet next to the shower and the washbasin, if you like also diagonally, in the corner opposite. It has the thinner drain pipe, which should be easier to manage.

Ceterum censeo: floor-to-ceiling is really not necessary here.

The reason for the floor-to-ceiling window is not its function (or meaningfulness) for the children's bathroom, but the symmetry of the gable on the street side. Next door, in the stair area, a similar window is also planned, with exactly the same dimensions. The lower part of the window for the children's bathroom will then be filled with frosted glass. In front of both windows, we have planned a narrow French balcony each, so that the frosted glass area is unlikely to catch the viewer's eye too much. 11fant: Why place the washbasin now in the corner opposite? In the meantime, we have become accustomed to the solution "everything in one row." Probably the washbasin directly by the window, then the toilet in the middle.
