Anyone who issues an insignificant building line belongs before the medical officer.

I don’t understand. If it’s insignificant and issued, isn’t that good? Or am I missing something?

If the garage aligned with the building line is approved, I would rather place the house on the northwest side of the property, rotate and mirror the house, and put the entrance where the utility room is now. Then you would have sun in the living area all day (if you also have windows facing the street (= southwest) in the living room). From the kitchen and dining area, you have a nice view to the northeast, and from the living room, you can look down on your right neighbor instead of up at the left one. The terrace would then face southeast in front of the living-dining area = open view to the northeast. You would hardly see the mounded neighbor anymore. And a nice evening sun terrace can still be created at a suitable spot on the property.

The idea actually appeals to me and should definitely be considered.

Is it normal to see the house in a different place every 2 days and accordingly have to change the floor plan frequently? I'm already feeling guilty.

A soft hard regulation is nonsense and an indicator that whoever spouts such things is no longer sane. I am slowly getting the feeling that the type "@goalkeepers Mayor" is metastasizing.

I have one more question :D What happens to the building line when I place the house on the boundary of my two plots? So basically in the middle. Does it still count then? Does it no longer apply?
